Aside from extreme circumstances, your perception of the world is influenced only by your thoughts and actions. Habitual thoughts become your reality. Your life can only be altered by your thoughts and pro-active actions.
I can't say this often enough. Find someone or something that motivates you to be you version 2.0+.
